Born and raised in the Dominican Republic with Italian roots Maximiliano (Max) Borghetti a.k.a. ''FRNDS'', born on April 2, 1998 with a special condition that is detected at 8 months of age when he discovers that he has problems walking.

As his alias ''FRNDS'' he has released his own songs under the biggest record labels in the music industry such as: Armada Music, Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group & Metanoia Music [MM]. in 2017 he made an official remix for the song "2U" by David Guetta & Justin Bieber.

He has obtained the support of DJs and artists such as: Justin Bieber, David Guetta, The Chainsmokers, Armin van Buuren, & many more.

In addition, Max Borghetti has worked for international films and television series such as "Luis Miguel: La Serie", "La Casa de las Flores", ''Selena: La Serie'' by Netflix, "La Boda de Mi Mejor Amigo" by Sony Pictures and " El Secreto de Selena '' by Disney Media for Telemundo and many more...

Borghetti has written and directed the first Dominican Bullying short film '' Quebranto '' with the actress, model Dulcita Lieggi.
